I am responsible for developing and implementing regulations and procedures to ensure efficient operations across the organization. In addition, I work closely with our IT team to continuously improve our tools and implement new features to support the growth of our business.Despite my background as a mechanical engineer, I have excelled in my role at Trove, applying my technical knowledge to the challenges of retail operations.
