In addition to this, RE has to support Independent Quality Auditing agency wherever such agency is appointed.Issue FOS (Field Observation Sheet) based on major anomalies observed onexecution and quality management aspects, procedural violation, planning and design aspects after taking a concurrence with the Consultant-in-charge of the project before leaving the site.General checking of contractor's claims, variation & deviation proposals from SPV & providing an independent report on the same..Advise SPV/KIIFB in addressing and resolving contract variations/disputes efficiently and appropriatelyAssisting various interventions and initiatives taken up by TIW & TRC by providing necessary technical support.Shall intimate to KIIFB about the physical and financial progress of project works at monthly intervals.Checking of "as built" drawings submitted by Contractor.
