  • Identification of all risk & hazardous gaps during AIA & HIRA, plan management program accordingly & achieve them as per targeted dates.
  • Plan, review, make justification based on “Return on Investment, NPV,IRR” of all yearly CAPEX or based as per the need to improve process, technical up gradation, GMP improvement, Safety, Environment related improvements.
  ******Coordination with company’s various plants- "Jalpaiguri & Calcutta plant” to start up TPM, initial class room & on the floor training on JISHU HO-ZEN, CLIT, TPM action plan & Control.
