Design and development of new test rig for testing locomotive engine parts. Data acquisition and analysis of the test using LMS and sensors.

Quality in charge of all the products in shop floor and production supervising. Maintain the Quality of the products through Material Testing, In-process Inspection, and final inspection. Measuring and Inspecting the Orientation, Shape and Dimensions of the product as per the given drawing. Conducting NDT test like DP test and Hydro test. Follow-up the production, assembly and finishing process.
