Current• Accountable as the Regional HSEF Manager• The role is a driving force for managing initiatives across teams towards business management systems in region, consistent with the global plan to ensure - quality assurance is an integral part of bids and projects; data driven risk identification and mitigation; fit for purpose management system• Accountable for maintaining a robust business management system including, alignment with the global standards and procedures, support the global business management system framework for communication and sustainability of policies and procedures, drive compliance by regional personnel to the management system requirements, administer the non-conformance process in region, user interface, training plan, improvement plan, audit plan, and ISO certification. • Leverage the management systems to continually identify, address and monitor areas of risk and opportunity in the region and will work closely with team, and cross region teams to ensure consistency of approach to build a continuous improvement environment supporting delivery of the global improvement plan. • Having high level of influencing, communication and interfacing skills with individuals at all levels of the organization across regions. • Use of data-driven decision making and structured problem solving and requires tactical approach and ability to serve as a change leader in driving management systems sustenance and continual improvement. • Display a high level of leadership and motivate, energize and execute change initiatives. • Having extensive experience in implementing successful quality management systems with expertise in understanding organization processes and interfaces.• Function with minimal supervision and be proactive in ensuring quality HSEF, assurance, timely and appropriate support to project quality activities as needed.
