My passions include reading, technology exploration, and continuous skill improvement.Currently, I hold a dual role at "Energy Auto Workshop W.LL," serving both as a Service Advisor and Bodyshop Advisor.As a Service Advisor, I'm responsible for welcoming customers, identifying their concerns, collaborating with mechanics to create estimates, obtaining approvals from the clients, and overseeing jobs to ensure outstanding customer service. Also In my capacity as Bodyshop advisor , I conduct vehicle inspections and prepare estimates, manage associated documentation, liaise with customers and surveyors for job sanctioning, monitor progress, and submit invoices to insurance companies.Furthermore, I follow up on LPO and payments.Regardless of these roles, my priority remains delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.In my capacity as an automotive enthusiast, I take great pleasure in my profession, which allows me not only to indulge in my passion but also to engage with a diverse array of individuals every day.
