Company/Project profile; a G8 Construction Company specialized in high raised private condominiums has been awarded the Mount Sinai condominium project from WinBless Investments a subsidiary of Wing Tai Asia Ltd. This project comprising of 1 Block of 22 storeys with a Basement car park, a Swimming pool and a Gym with a brilliant landscaping architecture. Role and Responsibility : During the period of construction I was involved in the construction of Show Flats and also involved in Bored Piling operations and pile caps construction. The Show flats are constructed with Gypsum Boards and Aluminum channels, which can be used as a Backup reinforcement of the Gypsum Boards. The Show Flat comprising of 2 units is an absolute prototype of the proposed condominium's selected units, with all amenities and also this is first of its kind in Singapore to operate all electrical appliances Like lights, air conditionings etc including doors by using Internet Web Technology. Bored piles are of 1500mm in diameter and 25mts in depth is the maximum size and penetration adopted in this project. The bored piles are concreted in such a way, by observing the ground water conditions carefully and certainly adopted the standard Trimie method, if the bore hole encountered more than the Specified depth of water as directed by the consultant Engineer. Project 3; of the project : Punggol East Contract 09. Cost of the Project : S $ 58 million.

Responsible for the construction of all structural and architectural works for 2 Blocks And a car park. This project is a full version of the latest construction techniques like precast Gable End walls, Facades, Light Weight Partitions, Precast Slabs, Rain Water Down Pipe System precast parapets , refuse chutes and a lot more. I was also involved in supervising all architectural works as per the Drawings. also involved in the Landscaping architecture.
