This involves delivering and deploying applications to customer environments, implementing changes, upgrades, fixes, and enhancements, and managing communication with customers to maintain positive relationships and high levels of satisfaction. I collaborate with the development team to ensure that technical problems are addressed promptly, and I generate detailed defect reports to ensure quality. I also proactively document and communicate issue resolutions with team members and suggest product enhancements based on customer feedback.Additionally, when hosting customers, I log in to their systems, enable debuggers, and debug the files used in the application, fixing any issues simultaneously.
