Winner of IDC Digital Transformation Awards 2018 for an innovator in the Digital Space Digital Strategy - Formulate Digital strategies for Wockhardt corporate as well as individual brands within Pharma across all 16 verticals and Wockhardt hospitals. This is working closely with BU heads, understanding the brand’s needs/objectives, and formulate the right Digital Strategy every quarter Digital Projects – Instrumental in website creation, Mobile Applications, e-learning, email marketing, SMS campaigns, GIF design and creation, AV (audio visual) design & creation, social media campaigns on LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, Wockhardt corporate video conceptualization & creation every quarter, designing the annual theme for Wockhardt etc. Vendor Management - Evaluate and manage a panel of existing vendors and new vendors who could be either technical vendors or creative agencies to implement the digital projects Team Management - Manage an in-house team of graphic designers, Video Editors, and Project Management executives (total strength 15) eDetailing – Design, develop and update visual aids every year for multiple brands across the 16 verticals for iPads and tablets to demonstrate the products to respective doctors by medical reps on the field across the country Relationship Management – Meet & interact with doctors on a regular basis, establish strategic relationships and act as a liaison between company and the leading doctors to generate continual business and revenue for the organization Financial Portfolio Management – Manage the annual Digital annual budgets for Wockhardt and strategically allocate them across various Digital Projects ROI Analysis – Analyze the ROI for every Digital Project based on various parameters such as Digital - 1) Views/likes, 2)Downloads, 3)Reach and Business - 1) Customers Engaged, 2)Prescriptions, 3) Units Sold & 4) Market Share (growth)
