I am involved in following activities likeProject management, Budgeting, Client engagement, Project coordination.Designation: Deputy Manager since July 20231. Project Management : - Involved in scheduling of procurement, installation of electrical machineries like Panels, Distribution boards, Cables, Cable trays, DGs, Light fittings, Earthing equipments, Diesel Generator, Fire and Plumbing Pumps, Fire and Plumbing Pipes, Fire alarm and detection system, Flooding system etc., cordination with site team for timely accomplishment of Project2. Budgeting : Creation of budget & estimation of the scope of work i.e. revenue ,CTC of the Project for insuring the profitable delivery of project to the company3.Client Billing & Mapping : Creation of RFIs (Request for insoection) & MBs (Measurement book) and then get the sign up of both from the client to bill the work done.4. Vendor billing: Verify the Measurement book (MBs) given by the subcontractor and then booking the bill in the system for generating their liability and proposing payments to accounts.5. Data Analytics & Reconciliation : Maintaining the data like Project inventory, material issue report, FAT reports, liabillty of vendors, letters with client etc. and to reconcile them for doing project management
