● Managed a rural Hindi Medium day school run by the organization consisting of 330+ students and 29 staff members.● Management and Implementation of mainstream curriculum and alternate curricula in the school including gender curriculum, STEAM curriculum, active citizenship and Practical EVS. ● Organised and facilitated 240+ hours of professional development opportunities for the teachers.● Coordinated with 10 partners contribute to the school’s overall development.● Trained grassroot level teachers with limited prior digital exposure to create online educational learning materials to ensure student learning during the time of the pandemic. The teachers created 1500+ videos, 2000+ worksheets covering all subjects that were disseminated on a daily basis for over 5 months across 8 grades catering to 270+ students.

● Assisted the school leader of a government school in the overall management of the school consisting of 800+ students across grades 1 to 8 coming from non-English speaking, low income households.● Mobilized the parents of students and engaged with relevant stakeholders and local government authorities to set up a secondary school providing low-cost schooling option to 113 students.● Raised funds and collaborated with NGO Muskan to sensitise students, teachers, and parents across all grades to prevent Child Sexual Abuse.● Created structures an processes facilitating the involvement of all the stakeholders towards school development including setting up a student leader body and house system in the school. ● Created training structures and facilitated the coaching of 4 football teams(40 students) to participate in the Just For Kicks tournament. One team went on to be the runner ups of the tournament. ● Raised funds and establish a library in the school with 1500+ books.
