The position was based on 12 hour working day. My day to day job required starting the day with sanitising my work area and then scanning all the powdered milk that has come in for testing according to its batch number.-Use equipments like dilutor to dilute the powdered milk and prepare agar.-Pour different agar, label plates correctly and then swab or pipette in milk sample.-Incubate sample -Use of different softwares to enter scanning data and use of various lab equipment.

My day to day job included answering inbound calls and making outbound calls. The role required me to come up with solutions for debtors that had debts with different clients and were struggling to pay.-I used negotiation skills to encourage payment in full on spot.-I also showed empathy when debtors couldn’t pay in full so we negotiate payment over time.-Use of different software, Microsoft and Doss systems.-Processing payments with credit cards.-Reaching monthly KPI of wrap up time, cash collection,adherence, etc.
