ApParkingspot Nordic is a pioneer in introducing shared parking to the Swedish mobility market. With an ambition to be the most intelligent parking provider in Sweden, the start-up provides a multi-sided digital platform for manual and automated sharing/renting of parking. Roles & responsibilities:- Market analysis of smart parking solutions, urban mobility, and regulations and prospective user behavior analysis.- Project planning and coordination with the team and stakeholders.- Evaluating strategic business collaborations with real estate owners, mobility experts, and investment opportunities. - Organizing stakeholder meetings, workshops, and foster stakeholder relations. - Assisting the CEO with funding applications, pitch presentations, marketing material, and website development.- Traveling, attending start-up events and investment fairs. Achievements:- Led to strategic collaborations with certain real estate firm, a research institute, and IBM start-up unit. - Successful applications to start-up events which created exposure for the start-up among media and investors: 1) Top 300 into Wolves summit - 2018, Poland. 2) Top 9 in Nordic Road Show - 2018, Denmark.- Speaker at an annual event organized by Mobile Heights Theme: Future Digital Society & Mobility – Life in Connected City. Presented topic – Parking as a Sustainable Resource (Sharing economy, Digitization & Future Mobility Ecosystem).Here, the experience was exciting which instilled knowledge on start-up work culture including the opportunities for novel ideas as well as risks and challenges. Cross-functional communication with colleagues, experts, clients, and daily challenges infused broad knowledge on the disruptive sector mobility also developed business and management skills.
