Adarsh is a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in both product management and software development. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Guwahati and an MBA from IIM Bangalore, combining technical expertise with business acumen.At Sprinklr, he manages three critical modules within the Modern Engagement suite, including leading the Conversational Commerce module. He developed a successful PoC, established a product roadmap, pricing, and GTM strategy, and collaborated with Meta and other key stakeholders. His contributions led to a fast-track promotion to Senior Product Manager.Adarsh began his career at Samsung Research India - Bangalore (SRIB) as a full-stack developer, working on bio-medical imaging, devices, and speech processing. He played a significant role in improving language models for the commercial launch of Bixby, the voice assistant for flagship devices like Galaxy S8 and Tizen Z3, earning a promotion to Senior Software Engineer.Outside of his professional work, Adarsh is passionate about sports, particularly basketball and squash. He also enjoys participating in a variety of board games and ACBL contract bridge.
