At Asian Paints Ltd. My role as the Associate General Manager of the Corporate Affairs & CSR is to nurture and strengthen dialogue with key Government stakeholders across levels at both Centre and State. I draw from this network advance intellect, risk mitigation and remedial measures to preempt any major policy, regulatory, compliance led decision impacting the business across key functions.

At Primus Partners my role as Managing Director, Economic Affairs consulting was to lead a team of public policy specialists to analyze the multilayered nature of current policies, legislations, regulations and data to assess their effectiveness, identify gaps and propose improvements. The outcomes and understanding of the exercise were used to advise clients across Public and Private Sector to sharpen propositions such as Investment Preparedness across key government projects, Intergovernmental policy dialogues, strengthening the efficiency of policy implementation and advocacy intellect for the private sector with a sound understanding of the regulations.

As Director with the Economic Development Consulting at KPMG, my role was to advise State Governments across leading industrial states in India to sharpen their Industrial and Sectoral policies aiding them to become industry friendly (Ease of Doing Business), greater investment potential, promote employment generation and robust revenue generators. This included leading a team of specialists including Technology Professionals, Economic Affairs majors, International Trade advisors and Communication strategy consultants.

With the advent of Make in India and Foreign Direct Investments Foreign Direct Investments being a key priority for the nation and an extremely fast-evolving economic landscape, my role at Invest India was to lead the Communication Strategy to position it as a Trusted agency with best practices on supporting an investor journey.

My role at UNICEF focused on leading the development and execution of a global marketing and fundraising advocacy strategy centered around institutional donors, helping UNICEF become an even stronger advocacy, campaigning and communications force for children.

My role with Save the Children included campaign strategy as priority areas, working closely with mission colleagues, supporters, and partner organisations ensuring delivery of impactful, community-driven campaigns.

As Account Supervisor at JWT I was key client contact for all executional projects in hand and must was the primary provider of project flow information to the Client. Further, working through Production, Design, Film, Marketing Services and the Creative departments to fulfill the requirements of clint marketing campaigns.

My role at McCann was augmenting various processes within the Agency to lead development of material for select clients (briefing process, artwork development, creative collaboration/ meetings, production timelines, graphic design etc.).

My role at Contract Advertising was to analyze all major kinds of consumer research, its uses and limitations, an awareness of the various types of market testing techniques available and fluency in interpreting the results of brand communication research studies. This intelligence was used by the Brand Teams while conceptualized broader strategies in their marketing campaigns
