CurrentExecutive Technocrats is a boutique staffing firm that specializes in senior management and mid management contract to full time staffing needs in Capital Markets and Application Support Groups space. As a Senior Technical Recruiter/ Senior Talent Acquisition in Executive Technocrats handling multiple big clients all over the USA.• Responsible for managing team were responsible for Handling the entire Recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, Identifying, interviewing, evaluating, pre-screening, and recruiting candidates through Job Portals (Indeed, Monster and CareerBuilder, Dice, etc.), Networking sites (LinkedIn, Zoom, Facebook etc.), ATS (Job Diva, Ceipal, Accuick ) and Third-Party Vendors.• Maintained end-to-end recruitment process in the organization• Worked on direct hires, temp hires contractors, and temp to permanent and permanent roles.• Experience includes people, account and vendor management/ full recruitment life cycle implementation/ salary/ rate negotiations, contract negotiations with third parties/ networking, Interview arrangements, and onboarding paperwork.• Interview coordinate with candidate as per the client scheduled.• Checking skilled/Technician and mid senior level candidates CVs pre-screen the candidate over call and share the quality profile with client.• Maintaining report of all selected and not selected as well as alternative candidates record company wise.• Working on different tax-terms C2C/W2/1099• Worked on VMS portal for direct clients.• Screening Candidates - Interviewing them, testing them and going through the whole selection process.• Negotiate rates and salary, coordinate interviews, on-boarding process and follow up with consultants/candidates. • Building a pipeline of candidates to meet the potential openings.
