• Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.• Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.• Prepare and present reports to Audit Committee of the Board on findings and recommendations from the inspections conducted on branches and departments.• Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions.• Conduct special audit and investigations and issue report to Board / management on matters involving fraud and irregularities
