Key areas include company visits to Fortune 500 companies, recruitment talks, resume & cover letter writing, interview skills, job search strategies, the first day at work, etc. Engage and support in various projects with local and international industry organisations to expand students’ professional network via business meetings and job portal. Mentor students to equip them with the business professional skills through one-on-one consultation sessions.

Formulated and executed strategic employer branding plans to strengthen relations with universities and student organisations. Key projects involved: recruitment talks, career fairs, career preparatory workshops. Identified the target talent pools, and subsequently recommended the business unit to implement a branding initiative to attract the hiring targets.Managed and engaged in various corporate university-wide events including Young Tax Professional of the Year and CSR Challenge. Involved in the talent selection process for graduate and internship programs and a student engagement program EYAcademy ranging from program promotion, screening to conducting interviews.

Built and maintained employer relations to identify employers’ hiring needs and facilitate talent acquisition. Suggested the recruitment solutions according to employers’ business needs including recruitment talks, networking events, candidate nomination, etc. Managed a wide range of projects including elite mentorship program, career orientation program, alumni get-together events, company visits and skills training workshops for more than 200 MBA students.
