As the Staging Manager, I oversaw the day-to-day operations of DFW Staging and its team, including scheduling, pricing, and executing staging services for realtors and builders. I managed all client facing elements of the business, both maintaining existing and generating new client relationships. Additionally I executed stagings at all phases of the process from design to finished project.

In my role as a fifth grade English Language Arts and Reading teaching, I planned and taught daily language arts lessons to one hundred fifth grade students, both virtually and in-person, communicating regularly with parents, staff, and administration to ensure student success. I also worked collaboratively with the fifth grade team to provide high quality instruction to all students.

As the graduate assistant for the Medieval Studies department as SMU, I created and distributed materials to promote department-sponsored courses and activities and assisted the department chair with administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the department. I also helped to organized an academic undergraduate conference hosted on campus in collaboration with other universities in North Texas and Oklahoma in February 2020.

In my role as PSIA Campus director, I recruited students and coaches to compete in academic competitions among private schools in Texas. I also trained parent volunteers to aid in district meets, while coordinating with the district director to ensure compliance and on-time fee payments.

As a fifth-grade teacher I taught daily lessons in Latin and Geography as well as an English Language Arts block. I introduced our students to Latin through interactive lessons in the language as well as the history of Roman Britain. I also taught Geography of the Americas, giving our students insight into the culture, history, and topography of North and South American nations.

San Antonio, Texas Area

As a third grade lead teacher, I taught daily lessons in math, language arts, and social studies. I also implemented specific procedures for a classroom of 31 students, including accommodations in collaboration with Special Education. I planned TEK-aligned Singapore math lessons and activities for the third grade team, as well as structured history plans for the all third grade classes, using Pearson’s Core Knowledge sequence. I frequently sought out mentoring from experienced teachers to further my skills in lesson planning and classroom management.
