• Evaluation of process control parameters, equipments trends and alarms, process incidents and daily utilities usages.
• Lead/assist in the investigation on incident or deviation of the utilities process; lead/participate root cause analysis sessions.

• Managed a team of utilities operators responsible for the operations of all utilities equipment and processes including 8 Megawatt Cogeneration plant, 7,000 tons chilled water plant, 60Klb steam plant, 5,500 cfm.
• Assured continuous operation of the utilities process by using the minimum required equipment in order to reduce energy demand.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Group the calibration/maintenance schedule of critical instrumentation.
• Assure all regulatory instrumentation comply with cGMP and EHS regulations.
• Assist in the development of Engineering Best Practice Guidelines and SOP’s to drive improvement in the operations.
• Perform routine safety walkthrough in order to identify possible safety issues.
