A focal point for Singapore branch by handling pre, during and post trainings run in Singapore. Besides, liaise with Singapore government agencies (IMDA, SSG, WSG etc.) in submitting course proposal for training grant hence well informed with Singapore SOP. Additionally, performing an IT training research in Singapore market to ensure relevancy of course proposal to target audience. Likewise, engaged with marketing and advertising in promoting IT training in Singapore including market research, digital and social media marketing strategy. Assisting project teams in Malaysia funded training from recruiting students to tracer report. Reporting to General Manager in delivering administrative support by managing appointments/scheduling/minutes of meetings as well as supporting in filing and documentations.

Assisted pre and post exam by proofreading exam questions, chaired meeting in enhancing exam questions quality and processed exam result.

Processed international student’s visa & enrollment into the college.

Provided fast and accurate information in regards to hardware and connection configuration.

Proofread and translated university’s magazine/website, involved in other office managements and created minute of meeting.
