Notable achievements include establishing four of largest HR Shared Services centres in the automobile, pharmaceutical, and BFSI sectors. These centres have streamlined HR processes and operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness within their respective industries.I have also established PeopleStrong’s International Delivery and Global Customer Success functions, overseeing the deployment of our HR SaaS platform across Southeast Asia, including Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Through tailored go-to-market strategies and customer success initiatives, I consistently exceeded revenue targets and business objectives, driving growth through expanded product adoption.
