As Historian of the Art and Mindfulness club, my responsibilities include keeping all events, meetings, financial records, and attendance records. I make copies of the agendas, photos, and records. In addition, my position entails taking pictured of our events and editing those pictures for our social media page. All members of the executive team help plan and coordinate events.

I increased profitability within the store through my outstanding customer service skills. Through my relationships with our customers, I responded to their questions and concerns with great accuracy. I advised 100s of customers on product selection in a fast-paced retail environment. I managed display products, restocked inventory, and met my deadlines for new shipment placement.

I arranged new merchandise and created displays that would appeal to our customers. I would train all new employees to be effective sales associates, increase profitability through customer service, and explain operational procedures. Finally, I would independently open and close the store in this position, including nightly cash deposits of over $500.

I communicated clearly and positively to customers during a high-volume environment. I paid attention to detail which allowed me to have excellent communication with my fellow peers and customers. In addition, I was in charge of food preparations, maintaining a clean workspace, and working the cash register.
