Works within TAPS leadership to develop strategic organizational vision and execute annual and long-term planning.Collaborates with TAPS Impact Assessment team to support research projects involving the military survivor population in order to: document and elevate understanding of the survivor experience, improve grief outcomes, and develop tools for supporting the population.Speaks and educates regarding the military survivor experience to all external audiences. Conducts survivor workshops within the TAPS Institute for Hope and Healing and within TAPS Survivor Seminars.Ensures staff professional development to stay current on skills development and issues relevant to the military survivor population and bereavement in general.
