Current- Partner with business at executive, director, and operational management levels to define roadmaps and needs for analytics products at the biweekly sprint level, quarterly plan, and long-term yearly roadmaps
- Own knowledge base of data and analytics domain inclusive of requirements gathering templates, prioritization matrices, data dictionary, and models and semantic maps
- Drive best-in class analytics support and guidelines for off-shore reporting development teams
- Managed cutover of key technologies from legacy homegrown systems to specific technical products including buy planning analytics, product development (PLM), and assortment merchandising planning
- Developed strategy for internal “go-to market” analytics platform from initial build to iterative process aimed towards advanced analytics capabilities
- Work in tandem with data engineering team to plan and deliver ETL and data architecture models
