I spent the bulk of my career in Nonprofit Services, where I serviced several Endowment and Foundation clients, and though my role through the years changed, the skill set required remained the same. As a self-motivated, innovative, direct communicator with strong presentation, analytical and organizational skills, I excel in fast-paced environments. I enjoy strategic planning and leadership development initiatives, and I am not intimidated by corporate change. My experience with mergers and acquisitions over time showed me that I am not only a team player, but a team builder with proven strong leadership qualities. I am a "fixer" of sorts, with the ability to identify ways to streamline internal processes while meeting established business goals.
