Responsible for managing and facilitating the build process of luxury new construction homes in Hamilton County, IN for G&G. The homes I am responsible for and oversee are located in Chatham Hills, Bridgewater and any off site/on your lot projects in that area with values of $2 Million – $3 Million+I work directly with Joe; our owner, and clients from the start of construction when we break ground through each stage of the construction process until the client takes possession of their new home and moves in.I work very closely with our subcontractors, vendors, designers and clients through the entire build process overseeing scopes of work, completion of specs and managing change orders all to G&G standards and client satisfaction. This consists of working with utility companies, building inspectors, code compliance enforcers and development managers. This includes skills of scheduling, teamwork, collaboration, supervision, project management, time management, logistics and many other skill sets that all work cohesively together.

Work with 2 project managers assisting with the tasks of building new custom homes in Hamilton and Boone Counties. Work with and oversee subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure completion of work scopes and completion of the homes.

Part Time Marina Staff at The Geist Marina working under General Manager Greg Binder. Worked the gas dock and helped manage the rental fleet of pontoon boats as they were rented and returned. Worked directly with the staff of high school and college students fostering customer service skills and teaching general boating knowledge. In the fall we managed and organized boats as they were dropped off for winterization and service. This was just for fun - and I had a blast!

During my time at Sigma Builders as a New Construction Project Manager I worked with our internal team, clients and subcontractors/vendors to construct new homes on the North-side of Indianapolis.Facilitated and oversaw all project management aspects of 8 new builds from pre construction activities all the way through completion. This includes subcontractor supervision, cost controls, budgeting, bidding and scheduling.

Worked with a Project Manager to facilitate and oversee project management and site supervision activities for new construction homes by Gradison Building Corp. building completely custom homes primarily located in Chatham Hills, Westfield and northern Carmel.Responsible for managing multiple builds simultaneously, with values ranging from $600,000 to $1 Million+Served as a partner with a PM to successfully build and close nearly $13 million in two years, working every day to ensure each client’s dream home met their expectations and Gradison’s high quality standards.

In my role at Fischer Homes I was an Assistant Superintendent working under a Superintendent in multiple communities in Westfield, IN and Fishers, IN. Supervise work of subcontractors, ensure each home is completed to specs. Work with homeowners in multiple phases during construction to familiarize them with the home. Perform foundation, framing, and envelope inspections during construction.
