For almost 23 years I was employed at Philips Electronics Netherlands BV, and working as a senior project coordinator (R&D&I) and involved in public/private partnerships worldwide.Main tasks:Ensure a realistic proposal of high quality standards with a higher than average chance of success (taking into account experience/strategy of PM).Initiate consortia with leading European players (large industries, institutes and SMEs) to prepare projects funded with European and national public money for key enabling technologies like pilot lines (comprising lithographic, IC advanced process innovation, Healthcare, Lighting). Organize and facilitate review and consortium meetings with consortium members and other stakeholders (up to 40 parties).Align conditions with realization potential (and vice versa), securing Royal Philips interests. Give input to the Demand managers for lobbying with internal and external stakeholders / partners where needed.Take care of the administrative preparation and execution of new funding requests, (e.g. proposal writing, collaboration contracts, etc); involving internal/external expertise where needed.Acting as intermediary after initiation, during all phases of the projects, between Royal Philips, consortium partners and public authorities.Secure planning, budgeting and periodic progress reporting of the projects, including getting timely input from all parties involved. Organize monitoring and final approval of agreed milestones and deliverables, and act proactively in case of deviations.Prepare technical and financial progress reports based on inputs from beneficiaries. You interact with administrative representatives of public authorities all phases of projects.Act as Royal Philips and consortia’s point of contact for the ECSEL JU office, ITEA, Penta and involved directories of the European Commission for H2020 programme.
