Here at EMI, I work as a liaison between the Business Development and Research Management teams to implement process improvement and client success. Our mission is to create custom solutions that empower our clients to make better business decisions.On a more day-to-day basis, I am responsible for executing and managing the operational aspects of multiple market research projects for large multinational clients, as well as for the execution of surveys and developing client relationships to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. I work closely with the entire company in an environment that fosters teamwork and integrity.

At AcuPOLL, I was responsible for executing and managing more than 80% of new projects within the organization. Further, I facilitated kick-off calls and daily negotiation of project specifications with suppliers to execute new research tasks, as well as track ongoing projects to guarantee client deliverables. I also traveled domestically, as needed, to coordinate and manage on-site duties for Central Location Testing.

In this role, I produced general news stories and also feature stories concerning local residents in Fostoria, OH, generating original story ideas. Further, this role strengthened my photography, copy editing, and pagination skills.
