Addie was born and raised in Clairemont and Pacific Beach, San Diego. A San Diego Native, Addie has been a successful entrepreneur for almost two decades. She has successfully owned and operated two personal training studios in Pacific Beach and La Jolla. Additionally, after her oldest daughter was diagnosed with Autism, Addie opened up two centers for children with special needs in Mission Valley and Chula Vista. After 16+ years of juggling her fitness and therapy centers Addie sold the businesses and decided it was time to pursue another passion: Real Estate. She had also bought and sold properties for herself and loved it. She worked to become dually licensed in Real Estate and Mortgage Lending. She first put her efforts into lending, but realized she truly enjoyed connecting personally with the clients - touring homes, selling homes, negotiating, and working to make their dreams come true. Addie's unique experiences of building two companies from the ground up, while also deeply impacting the clientele of each business, makes her an ideal Realtor! She can empathize with her clients, and is excited to help them achieve their Real Estate dreams. She started Opal Team SoCal and is dedicated to building strong honest connections that will allow her to service her clients now and in the future!

Addie Jacobs has been involved in the fitness field for 20 years. After working independently for 4 years she opened Addie's Personal Training Studio in 2001. Addie's first daughter Reese was born in 2004 and diagnosed with autism in 2006. Since then Addie started researching autism programs for exercise based programs but she was so disappointed when I couldn't find any outlets for children as they grew into their adolescent and their teen years. I wanted to make a difference for families and their loved ones.Addie states, "Exercise is my passion and Reese was brought into my life to fuel my fire to help other families who have children with autism. I love every minute of it. These kids are excited to exercise, their bodies start to work as one unit, their coordination is vastly improved, and they accomplish all this while smiling and having fun. Parents can see the transformations their kids go through and become eager to witness the further developments made from week to week."As a pioneer in San Diego of a true fitness curriculum for children with autism, Addie knows answers, solutions, and evolutionary discoveries are still being made about what works best for those affected by this disorder. However, living with this disorder gives her a unique advantage from an experiential and experimental angle that most other fitness experts do not have.AutismFITT Club opened in Mission Valley in 2012 which is an active pediatric occupational, speech and physical therapy center for not only kids to come get the therapy they need but for the families to come and feel welcomed and get the resources they need. We have rock walls, zip lines, cargo nets as well as each therapist has their own room for the handwriting and one on one activities. We also OT/PT yoga groups,OT Paddle Boarding, Hip Hop dance classes,Speech/OT groups, and more!We opened our second location in Chula Vista 2015, and are excited to serve more families with children with special needs.

Addie Jacobs opened Addie’s Studio in June of 2001 as the culmination of a lifelong love of both athletics and working with people one-on-one to achieve their goals.A San Diego native, Addie was a top level youth soccer player who became a highly recruited goalie at Madison High School, and ultimately the 1st string goal keeper at California State University, San Bernardino. In addition, Addie made headlines in high school as the first female athlete in California to play on the men’s varsity football team, kicking a 56-yard field goal in the process.After a celebrated athletic career in high school and college, Addie began to study nutrition, in part because of her own life-long struggle to control her body weight, and the various athletic injuries that had afflicted her throughout the years. Then in 1995 her father suffered a traumatic brain injury that forever convinced her of the importance of health and fitness – and the need she had to help others improve their lives.After several years of personal training in major health clubs in San Diego, Addie began to realize that the kind of personal connection and assistance she wanted to give to her clients could only be done in a small, intimate, one-on-one setting. With this in mind, she opened Addie’s Studio, designed to accommodate people of all ages, sizes and conditions, who can exercise in a non-intimidating environment and enjoy working out with an educated personal trainer by their side.
