About Addie Olsen Rasche

Addie joined Silverton Partners, an Austin-based early-stage Venture Capital firm, as a Senior Associate in June of 2023 after working for the firm as a part-time Associate while pursuing her MBA at Texas McCombs. Prior to investing, Addie was on the founding team of a three-person event production startup, Winter Circle Productions, driving its success and eventual acquisition by AEG Presents, the second largest global live entertainment company. She later joined one of the world’s leading event producers C3 Presents (a subsidiary of Live Nation) to oversee strategic growth and new projects.Originally from Atlanta, GA, Addie holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and B.A. degrees in both Political Science and Communications from Tulane University.Addie can be reached at addie@silvertonpartners.com.
