Dedicated to providing exceptional service to all patrons, I was proud to serve the diverse borough of Brooklyn. I excel in creative collaborative projects and problem solving. Following the Covid shutdown, I immediately pivoted to virtual programming. I learned new software and worked with the social media manager to produce a weekly writing session on the flagship Instagram page. I served on the Teen Instagram Team and YA Steering Committee. In 2019 I was the lead on a BKLYN Incubator finalist project, a program that supports innovative programs with additional professional development, mentorship, and resources.

I was a core member of a team that implemented a virtual unit among six previously independent field offices. I supervised the shared work of support staff, elevating and standardizing it though extensive training and effective communication. In addition to staff, I worked closely with the volunteers of the tri-state regions, offering online and in-office training on topics such as ClearView database data entry and reports, Facebook, Luminate email and website CMS, and Microsoft Office. I conducted outreach to inform volunteer board members of how staff can support their programs.

When the office staff was downsized from three to just me, I ensured consistent, high-quality service by learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities. Accounting is not something that excites me, but I learned how to manage activity budgets and supplies, appx $70,000 per year, as well as preform basic bookkeeping, paying all bills, and processing donations.

Served the needs of 80+ member board in this volunteer-driven, staff-supported office. Maintained volunteer schedules and room reservations. Supported the Region's chapters by creating mass emails and updated Region website using Kintera CMS. Maintained confidential donor records, entered membership data, and prepared reports.

Provided consistent and knowledgeable support as the primary CSR for the company’s two largest accounts while addressing other queries with an emphasis on efficient problem solving. Cross-trained to assist other departments and used this wide-ranging knowledge to train summer interns in multiple areas of the company.
