- Monitor the scanner machine condition and always follow the schedule to do preventive maintenance.- Monitor and do preventive maintenance IOW,CMW,IAW and CIR softwares.- Checking the indicator water level of water cooling unit to ensure the scanner machine is running well.- Observe the server storage and transferring the scanner data when the storage server is full.- Update the call log and service report when the scanner machine is having problems.
