Michael Leibe Email and Phone Number
I am an ADHD and Executive Function Coach with qualifications and experience in supporting people with mental health and offending behaviours.I help people who want to learn and understand their ADHD and/or Executive Function traits to improve their wellbeing, home life and productivity at work. I use digital resources and clinically approved tools to make the most of our time together.I have a diverse clientele of professionals who seek support before or after diagnosis, and I have referral pathways from local Healthcare services and Private organisations and clinics, who recommend my services as a valid and effective next step for their patients/clients.I have a practical and down-to-earth approach. You don't have to change who you are or give up your values to accept and work with your ADHD or other challenges.I also offer training and strategic solutions for businesses that want to understand ADHD or provide workplace adjustments for their employees. The workplace is changing, and businesses need to adapt to stay competitive. But the current conversation is too focused on individuals. The solution is to consider all stakeholders and how we can achieve or exceed existing/future business goals while making the accommodations and changes that society demands today.Let's get practical.Let's move forward.Let's work together.

Therapeutic PractionerQuality Protects Children Limited Mar 2020 - Aug 2021Liverpool, England, United KingdomDuring my time at Quality Protects Children (QPC) I was employed as a Therapeutic Practitioner. My responsibilities in this role were to provide day to day care and support for young people and support the SPARCS environment. We would achieve this by conducting reflective sessions and then follow-on work with the subjects that were most at the forefront of the sessions. Providing and maintaining a familial environment was key to providing a happy and supportive environment for the children we work with. We implemented many of the SPARCS techniques such as LET-M-GO and SOS which allows the child to be able to break down their emotional responses and try to learn and understand the drivers behind them, some of them may be a complete surprise not only to the child but also to the team member conducting the technique. I would also be responsible for creating monthly reports, incident reports and MFC reports for our children when they were needed. -
Complex Needs SupervisorForum Housing Association Jan 2019 - Mar 2020Birkenhead, England, United KingdomIn this role I was assigned the task of assessing all new residents using the CHAOS (Confusion, Hubbub and Order Scale) in order to assess the state of wellbeing, life stability, risk that a YP posed not only to others but also posed by others to them. In this role I had my own personal caseload of the highest risk but would also work alongside my colleagues in a secondary role to those who were presenting a high risk but already had a established working relationship with one of my colleagues. I was responsible for revising the risk level of residents and then formulating support plans that would best meet the YP’s needs. I also linked in with third party agencies in order to share information when appropriate or schedule multi agency meetings with relevant services. Assisting YP’s in signing up for local housing schemes and accessing emergency financial services was also a daily occurrence. Challenging inappropriate behaviour and educating YP’s about the impacts of such behaviour (Bullying, crime, drug use etc). Conflict resolution was paramount in my role as well as coming up with activities and event that would increase the YP’s wellbeing and outlook. -
