As the front desk customer service representative I provide clear and efficient customer contact, greeting customers as they enter the door. I assist with appointment scheduling and check-in for nearly 100 guests per day. I help escalate customer concerns to teammates for prompt resolution as well as maintain a presentable and seamless lobby space.

Throughout the summer's of 2023 and 2024 I broadened my experience of the business world by working in both our career services and business development teams. I learned how to review and make changes to customer accounts. Hold professional meeting with customer in person, over the phone, or on Microsoft Teams. As well as, listened to customer concerns or requests and then provided responses or answers.

At the Boys & Girls Club of Story County I work directly with children and my coworkers to provide a safe and fun experience for all club members. As a Youth Development Professional I am responsible for leading, implementing, and evaluating programs and activities for club members. This includes indoor and outdoor programs that focus on academic achievement, healthy lifestyles, good character and citizenship.
