- Collaborate with Renew’s leadership team to optimize key operations including patient scheduling, visit volume, staff scheduling, and other operational tasks- Own key analytics/metrics/reports that provide visibility into business performance, includingreporting on company key performance indicators (KPIs) and supporting the optimization of noshow, cancellation rates, and collections rates- Oversee administrative tasks, including: insurance verification, co-pay collections, etc.- Manage key systems including: company billing procedures, business software,Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software programs (WebPT).- Identify and resolve company-wide clerical or administrative problems to enhance thecustomer’s experience- Renew’s Customer Service ambassador and support liaison- Manage, mentor, and collaborate with Front Office Coordinators (FOC’s) and Front OfficeAssistants (FOA’s)- Lead the recruitment and retention of high-performing FOCs and FOAs- Ensure that appointments are scheduled in a manner that meets customer expectations, qualityof care and business needs- Partner closely with the CEO and COO to foster a culture that aspires to deliver best-in-classclinical service; deliver on business performance objectives; spread best practices; and innovatenew tactics/strategies to build service and operational excellence.- Lead Renew's Human Resources (HR) work, managing key employee-related functions andsystems, including timekeeping and payroll- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related questions from staff - Assist with recruiting of physical therapists and other personnel- Collaborate with the CEO and others to develop company-wide performance management andtalent development programs and processes- Onboard new hires including HIPAA training, credentialing/compliance programs- Support the implementation of patient acquisition strategies that support realization of top linerevenue objectives- Support marketing functions
