About Addison Schultz
I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in the spring of 2019. I started working at Crittenton Children’s Center where I learned trauma informed care skills, behavior interventions, and facilitated educational and treatment related groups. After working there for 3 years I decided to start my Masters program. I graduated from University of Missouri-Kansas City in May 2024, and now withhold a MSW, Masters in Social Work, degree. I currently work with the Raymore Peculiar School District as a family school liaison. My role is to help families finding resources and provide support not only in school but out of school as well. My passion is to help children and their families be able to be the best possible version of themselves.

Amathyst place is a residential facility providing housing and other basic needs to mothers who are recovering from substance abuse along with their children. Some of my duties included, reconstructing a child care room with the on-site child therapist this allowed the kids to have more of a learning environment. It also allowed them to have set behaviors.
