With over 8.7 million species sharing our planet, and humans being just one of them, there is an endless wealth of knowledge waiting to be discovered from the natural world. I am deeply passionate about learning from, sketching the beauty of, and connecting with animals of all kinds—from insects and reptiles to mammals and even the tiniest microorganisms. Every day, I seek opportunities to immerse myself in the world of animal care and conservation, striving to foster a deeper understanding of the delicate balance we share with these creatures. My goal is to spend my life championing their well-being, while also educating others about the vital role we play in preserving their habitats. Through over 250 hours of volunteering at local humane societies, the Atlanta and San Antonio Zoos, and various ranches and sanctuaries, I've been fortunate to provide hands-on care for animals and share my love for their incredible lives. I am excited to take my passions to the next level in my pursuit of a veterinary medicine doctorate.
