I worked nearly two full years at Mokas. This job gave me experience in customer relations, making assorting drinks and food, and how to organize and maintain a clean workspace. I was promoted to Shift Lead in June of 2018, and was responsible for overseeing the employees and store functions of the lunch and evening shifts.

I worked at Concrete Service for over 2 years, performing clerical work and customer relations. I worked with multiple different computer programs, including Microsoft Excel and Word. I entered payroll information and organized physical files as well as virtual customer and employee data. My responsibilities also included mail runs, trips to the bank, and answering the office phones.
