Senior Event Specialist
Current- Synthesizing my experiences from engineering, event management, construction project management, and SaaS implementation work, I bring the technical and creative together as Exponent's Senior Event Specialist to:
- Advise on event marketing strategies to determine the most impactful industry events for increasing Exponent's presence, identify sponsorships that drive stronger ROI, and create activations that attract and engage our.
- Partner with thought leaders to showcase their technical expertise at industry events by securing speaking opportunities and identifying key committees to join and participate in
- Lead weekly cross-functional meetings with content, graphic design, and event teams to coordinate the production of marketing assets, technical publications, digital promotions, and logistics for 70+ events per quarter
- Oversee budget for events across industries and departments, ensuring that contracts, payment, and the process are executed on time and within budget
- Pitch new activations for conference engagement to business managers and technical experts, customizing exhibit spaces, designing brand assets, and surfacing additional opportunities to spark engagement with community.
