I am a sophomore at Indiana University in the Kelley School of Business studying Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation and Finance. I pride myself on my ability to fully immerse myself and finish tasks promptly, as well as my excitement to learn. Through research, I have been able to join clubs and programs within Kelley, and more specifically work with a venture capital with the help of the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship. This opportunity allows me to learn new ways to analyze multiple pitches and write due-diligence reports for startups weekly.Working as a waitress and food runner at a local restaurant has helped me develop many of my skills. These include communication and teamwork skills. My responsibilities include communicating with customers, other servers, and the kitchen staff.I plan to continue to build my communication and teamwork skills throughout my time at Kelley. Moving forward, I am looking for advice on how to continue to enhance my knowledge in entrepreneurship and finance and looking to connect with others in these fields.
