Pioneered the industrialization of Google's data centers by implementing continuous improvement programs and deploying customized equipment (including robotic systems).- Led cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of automated solutions, such as disk erase automation, resulting in substantial savings, efficiency and security improvements.- Collaborated with senior management to align automation projects with the company's long-term objectives and ensure their successful integration into existing processes.

Responsible for the performance and uptime of over 100 robotic assembly stations and 20 CNC machines (takt @ 3s, over $1M per hour of downtime). Honed processes and built specialized tools to reduce spare part costs and changeover times (increased uptime/OEE).

Owned Plant-wide performance metrics related to cost, quality, and safety of operations. Designed and led improvement projects (material flow, changeover, quality) to save the plant millions.

Employee #2 at a state-of-the-art hearing protection startup for military applications. Built automated test cells, designed processes, and deployed an ERP. Contributions led to a successful acquisition by Gentex in 2015.

DDS Planning Yard maintains the Dry Deck Shelter Program for Virginia Class Submarines. Designed and built a hydraulic test station for seawater intrusion and converted half the system's blueprints to Solidworks.
