I am an Environmental Health alumni from Colorado State University, with a Bachelor of Science. I currently work at Vertex as an Industrial Hygienist III. Through this position, I have developed strong communication skills, prospered in a collaborative work environment, and enhanced my problem-solving abilities. During my time at CSU, I worked within many areas of the Environmental Health field, these include but are not limited to, toxicology, epidemiology, industrial hygiene, water quality, ergonomics, and air quality. Many of these courses were taken with a related lab that required full report write-ups, calibration of equipment, water testing/sampling, and safety assessments. Additionally, I have quite an extensive background in basic science courses such as general chemistry, biology, physiology, biochemistry, anatomy, physics, and organic chemistry.
