Product Marketing Manager
Current- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams each month to effectively communicate new feature releases and product changes to both customers and internal departments through various channels including email, blog posts, and video content- Establish competitive intelligence programs to enhance market understanding, spearhead competitor sales training sessions, leverage market and competitive insights to create impactful sales collateral including battlecards, feature comparisons, and differentiation talk tracks - Develop a Market Requirements Document to guide product strategy, align product development with market needs and industry trends, and foster cross-functional collaboration- Develop 3 guided product tours to engage and educate prospective customers early on in the buying cycle through close collaboration with product, sales, and customer success- Create a series of product explainer videos to simplify onboarding, increase product engagement, and improve customer adoption- Craft a company explainer video that highlights the brand’s identity, addresses specific market problems, conveys core solution capabilities, and showcases the company’s unique value proposition to the target audience- Partner closely with sales teams, internal and external subject matter experts, and customers to develop three highly detailed buyer personas for a specific target market to deepen the organization’s understanding of its customers - Create positioning and messaging for products, platform, and new features to enable effective communication, strengthen market presence, and enhance customer understanding
