Without having a model unit, I pre-leased the community to over 50% while all units were under construction. After reaching 100% occupancy, I built a substantial waitlist for the community as well. In addition to leasing, I managed the day-to-day operations of the community, including resident retention, renewal processes, turns of vacated apartment homes, and the schedule of our service technician. While in both lease-up and as an established community, outreach marketing was a large part of my position, in which I was a member of three different Chamber of Commerce organizations. I attended networking and marketing on a weekly basis, developing relationships while increasing the buzz around Redwood Living.
