At the Harris Center, I conduct phone interviews to assess a client's needs and decide whether the center was able to best serve them. I also imput client information, scanned documents, answered phone calls and rescheduled client appointments. Furthermore, I Interact with various levels of faculty at the center from directors, to professors, to other sta ff.

At Pine Cove, I worked my way up to a team leader where I helped direct the work activities of other employees. I promoted a safe atmosphere for young adults and children. Furthermore, I worked with the other sta ff to delegate tasks and ensure an environment of e fficiency.

At Old Navy, I was an integral member of a team that brought the brand to life for our customers.I helped to maintain a joyous and inviting shopping experience for customers by maintaining displays and fashion accessories. Finally, promoted customer loyalty by informing customers of the benefits of the Old Navy loyalty programs.
