As the CFO of its subsidiary SSH , Inc. in U.S., I managed the accounting, finance, administration, IT, facility and human resources functions of the company. Responsible for internal and external reporting, revenue recognition, and tax preparation (income, payroll, sales and use tax, etc.). Assisted HQ to set up a subsidiary in Hong Kong and trained the local accountant to set up the accounting books and procedures. Telesis Technologies Lab was a subsidiary of Pacific Telesis. It was Telesis's research center for next generation telecom and wireless technologies.
