As a part-time leasing agent at The Mark, a brand new apartment complex being built in Knoxville, I balance my responsibilities while also being a full-time college student. I am responsible for marketing and sales efforts, as well as generating new leads to fill up leases for fall 2025. I assist prospective residents with finding their ideal living space, provide thorough property tours in our leasing office, and handle all leasing inquiries. I also help to manage the social media accounts, posting daily marketing campaigns to increase the lead generation. This role has sharpened my customer service and communication skills, as well as providing me with real world marketing and sales experience along with property management and real estate. I am excited to grow professionally while continuing my education.
