Combining employability service delivery with research and learning, means we have a deep understanding of the challenges excluded people face, and how to overcome them. With over a decade of management experience in employability support, I aim to further develop and support greater collaboration across communities; to reduce economic exclusion through programme innovation and design, testing and evaluation to effect people led and place based systems change.

Managed delivery of key contracts such as the Southwark Works LTU contract (£930k 2017-24), DWP Inspiring Families programme (£1.8m), CLF Work & Health programme, G4S DWP Journey 2 Work, and many others.Led multi-site (Hackney & Lambeth), multi-contract delivery of the Work Programme and the Work and Health Programme(s)Developed and managed the team delivering the Southwark Works Long-Term Unemployed Programme (contract value: £1.3m 2017-25), winning multiple contract extensions and endorsements for performance and quality service delivery.
