As Regional Sales Manager for Central and West Java and Sumatera - Kalimantan in Industri Nabati Lestari, reporting to General Manager Sales and Marketing - Creating Retail foundation for PTPN downstream to make more competitive position as state company, coordinate with other function (Supply Chain, Finance, Factory) to ensure the end to end process is flow.- Managing 2 Region start from 5 Distributors at end 2022, recruiting new distributors until 75 distributors across Sumatera, Kalimantan , West and Central Java in Sept 2023- Recruiting 3 ASM and 11 Supervisor to manage recruited distributors and ensure they have well performed- Performing sales in and ensure sales out of distributors to sell the Premium produk like Nusakita, Salvaco, INL and also ensure minyakita as driven for premium produk, start from 638 Metrix Ton in Jan until 5.415 Metrix ton in Sept 2023- Creating based Distributor for MT both local and national chain, followed up with building organization for MT and also recruiting NKAM- Seeking the opportunity on tooling the product to other factory to fulfill the forecast number and sales - Opening opportunity to make HORECA distributors, as part of growth in the future and exploring the local market- Collaborating with IT team to make order to cash system (Material Requisition System), integrated across online ordering system, ceiling plafond distributor order, order process, invoicing and delivery, also payment at the end- Professionally initiate collaboration with Mandiri Bank for distributor financing program to ensure cash on time for INL and also give longer turn of payment with low guarantee asset - Exploring the opportunity on selling all PTPN commodities to INL distributors with holding team- Collaborating on organization changing from part of INL selling division in to incorporated PTPN Retail Co-Collaborating on future project in PTPN that exploring UCO, PFAD and POME as new unit business with across function in PTPN and also included Mc Kinsey as consultant
